Julian Josem, Principal Consultant
Having
developed and operated Melhawk Computer Solutions (ATS) for 18 years, and before
that, having held various technical, marketing, and management positions within IBM
for 10 years, Julian Josem knows what it takes to put an effective IT
infrastructure in place.
He
has worked with some 200 retailers over the years, and has enjoyed
making systems meet his client's expectations.
Julian lectures at Monash University on Retail Technology which is part of the Bachelor of Business (Retail Management) degree.
He is chair of the Australian Retailers Association EPOS sub-committee, and chairs the National Retail Forum.
He
brings detailed and broad knowledge and expertise to the retail community.
He
knows a lot about what both vendors and businesses are doing, especially in POS
systems and in the specialist retailing market space.
