Document business processes and then simplify and reduce the number of steps - reduces costs, and improves productivity.  We often workshop the development of new business processes for the business prior to developing system requirements specifications.  This is a necessary and valuable step in the process of selecting a new system. How else can you know that the chosen system is aligned with your intended business processes?

 

IT STRATEGIC PLANNING
Using the business vision as a starting point, we evaluate and direct improvements to the IT infrastructure.  We document a plan to form the blueprint for future IT investments.  Every retailer needs to regularly visit this program to ensure that the ICT strategy continues to meet business needs.

Selection of IT systems to achieve business objectives – from definition of requirements through to recommendations for implementation.  We will manage implementations on behalf of clients if so requested - up to clients and availability of their resources.
